1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Laraware Private Limited ("NxtRecharge", "we", "us") governing access to and use of the NxtRecharge platform.

By creating an account or using any feature of NxtRecharge, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are a resident of India with a valid Indian mobile number
• You have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not register or use the platform.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

3.1 Eligibility

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Valid Indian mobile number (verified via OTP)
• One account per individual — duplicate accounts may be suspended

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Never share your OTP, password or account credentials with anyone
• Notify us immediately at info@laraware.com if you suspect unauthorised access

4. Services Offered

4.1 Mobile Recharge

• Prepaid recharge for all major operators: Jio, Airtel, Vi, BSNL
• All available plans as published by operators — NxtRecharge does not set recharge prices
• NxtRecharge is a facilitator — the telecom operator is responsible for plan activation

4.2 DTH Recharge

• Supported operators: Tata Play, Dish TV, Sun Direct, Airtel Digital TV, d2h

4.3 BBPS Bill Payments

• Categories: Electricity, Water, Gas, Broadband, Credit Card, Loan EMI, Insurance, FASTag and other NPCI-approved BBPS categories
• Processed via the BBPS network regulated by NPCI
• NxtRecharge provides the transaction reference number as proof of payment submission

4.4 Free CIBIL Score Check

• Delivered through a licensed credit bureau partner, verified with PAN and mobile OTP
• Always free, with zero impact on your credit score

5. Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• UPI, debit cards, credit cards and net banking — all via Razorpay Checkout

5.2 Pricing

• Service charges, if any, are displayed before transaction confirmation
• GST applicable as per Indian tax laws — shown in the transaction receipt

6. Cashback Terms (Reward Wallet)

• Cashback is a promotional, non-withdrawable Reward Wallet credit — it is not cash, currency, or a deposit, and does not accrue interest.
• Cashback is credited only on successful, eligible transactions and at NxtRecharge's sole discretion regarding rate and eligibility.
• Reward Wallet balance can be redeemed only against future recharge or bill payment transactions on the NxtRecharge platform.
• Reward Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn, converted to cash, transferred to a bank account or UPI ID, or transferred to another user.
• Cashback is NOT credited for failed, reversed, or refunded transactions; any cashback tied to a refunded transaction is reversed.
• NxtRecharge reserves the right to modify cashback rates, introduce expiry periods, or discontinue the Reward Wallet programme at any time with reasonable notice.
• Fraudulent activity intended to generate artificial cashback (e.g. self-dealing, duplicate accounts) will result in forfeiture of the Reward Wallet balance and possible account termination.

7. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete registration information
• Use the platform only for lawful recharge, bill payment and CIBIL check purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack or disrupt the platform
• Not use the platform to launder money or conduct fraudulent transactions
• Not use automated bots, scrapers or scripts to access the platform
• Comply with all applicable laws of India

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. NxtRecharge is a payment facilitation platform — we are not the telecom operator, DTH provider, or BBPS biller, and we are not responsible for plan activation failures, operator network outages, or biller system delays.

9. Limitation of Liability

• NxtRecharge's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction in dispute
• NxtRecharge is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• NxtRecharge is not liable for losses arising from your sharing of OTP or account credentials

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the NxtRecharge platform — including the name "NxtRecharge", logo, design, UI elements, text and software — is the exclusive property of Laraware Private Limited and protected under Indian intellectual property law.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time (see our Data Deletion Policy). Any Reward Wallet balance is permanently forfeited upon deletion. We may suspend or terminate an account without notice for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or as required by law.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India
• Disputes are first referred to our Grievance Officer for resolution
• Courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters arising from these Terms

13. Changes to Terms

NxtRecharge may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
