1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') defines the standards of acceptable behaviour expected from all users of the NxtRecharge platform. It supplements the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Permitted Uses
The NxtRecharge platform may be used ONLY for:
- Prepaid mobile recharge for yourself or for others with their knowledge and consent
- DTH subscription recharge for yourself or family members
- Payment of utility bills (electricity, water, gas, broadband, etc.) via BBPS
- Payment of FASTag, insurance premiums, loan EMIs and other BBPS-supported categories
- Checking your own free CIBIL score
- Earning and redeeming Reward Wallet cashback on your own transactions
3. Prohibited Uses
3.1 Fraud & Financial Crimes
Zero tolerance: These violations result in immediate permanent account ban and reporting to law enforcement.
- Using stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment instruments
- Conducting fraudulent transactions to exploit the cashback system
- Attempting to generate fraudulent refund claims
- Creating fake or duplicate accounts to inflate Reward Wallet cashback
3.2 Account Abuse
- Creating more than one account per individual
- Sharing account credentials with other individuals
- Impersonating another person or entity during registration or transactions
3.3 Technical Abuse
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the platform
- Using bots, scrapers or automated scripts to access the platform
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our backend systems
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain (report them to info@laraware.com instead)
3.4 Commercial Misuse
- Reselling recharges at a premium as an unauthorised commercial agent
- Using NxtRecharge's brand, logo or name in promotional materials without written permission
4. Consequences of Violation

| Moderate | Temporary account suspension (7–30 days); Reward Wallet frozen |
| Serious | Permanent account termination; forfeiture of Reward Wallet balance |
| Fraudulent / Criminal | Permanent ban + Police / Cybercrime report |
5. Reporting Violations
Email info@laraware.com with the subject line 'AUP Violation Report', describing the issue in as much detail as possible.
6. Responsible Disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability, do NOT exploit it. Report it responsibly to info@laraware.com and we will acknowledge within 72 hours.
