1. Introduction
Laraware Private Limited ("NxtRecharge") respects your right to control your personal data. This User Data Deletion Policy explains how users of NxtRecharge can request deletion of their account and associated personal information, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
2. Scope — What Gets Deleted

4. How to Delete Your Account
- Sign in to your NxtRecharge account.
- Email info@laraware.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- Include your registered mobile number and full name for verification.
- We will verify your identity via OTP and process deletion within 30 days.
If you cannot access your account, email info@laraware.com with your registered mobile number and a brief reason (optional). We may ask for OTP verification before processing.
5. Social Login — Data Deletion
If you registered via Google, Facebook, or Apple Sign-In, revoke NxtRecharge's access from your provider's account settings in addition to requesting deletion above:
- Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → find NxtRecharge → Remove Access.
- Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → find NxtRecharge → Remove.
- Apple: Settings → [Your Name] → Password & Security → Apps Using Apple ID → NxtRecharge → Stop Using Apple ID.
